No. Rectification is most useful when your birth time is unknown or approximate, your chart does not feel consistent with your lived experience, or you are booking highly time-sensitive work. If the information you submit places your Ascendant very close to the beginning or end of a sign, I may contact you before proceeding to suggest rectification.
You can still submit the time you have. If there are signs that the chart may be sensitive to a small time difference, I may recommend Birth Time Rectification before relying on house placements, rulers or precise timing.
